On Saturday 20th May 2023, Daniel PY2TDB, a radio amateur from Brazil reached the summit of this peak and activated it for the first time on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 11 contacts in total working on the 2m and 10m amateur radio bands.
The summit of this peak is 1360 metres (4462 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
