15 Central Park West

15 Central Park West was completed in 2008 and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The building gained notoriety due to the high prices and household names associated with some of the apartments.

This project was an attempt by Robert A.M. Stern Architects to situate a modern example on Central Park West that compliments the pre-existing apartment houses and the 1920's and post-war towers. The effect is a symbiotic relation that recognizes both old and new.
