The 2 roads? seem to have been removed but this bunker at the end of the longer road seems almost finished in latest imagery.

It would seem the Chinese move around these "squares", rearrange them depending on what they are trying to test.

Definitely appears to be a bombing range of some sort. A lot of craters and destroyed buildings.

I think the Chinese use this range for far more than just bombing. The square black and white blocks have been moved into a different configuration and don't appear to be damaged. Supposedly, these are used to test new radar spy satellites for calibration purposes. It will be interesting to see if Chinese will bomb those new bunkers to test new PGMs.
