On Sunday, 18th August 2024, Chris PY4/PY2GUT, a radio amateur, from São Paulo, Brazil, reached the summit of this peak in the Sul / Sudoeste region of Minas State in Brazil. He activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
