Development testing of some type, pretty typical. But is that whole box virtically adjustible?

You know, it sure looks like all four sides would slide straight down as a unit, especially in the westward view.

I suspect the half-a-plane is a radar reflection test target. If that's so the walls would certainly have to be out of the way of the radar.

it looks like there is a ladder that goes up to the cockpit.
