Epic fail in Chinese townplanning

This one has been widely covered on the net.

4 of the 8-lane highway is blocked by a block of flats
The actual location was not too easy to find, though
On Bing Maps it can be seen that the building block was built first and the highway was built later. Looks quite silly.
