It's a Nike Ajax missile. Probably a static display since they were removed from service in the 60s

It's not a Concorde nose, the only Concorde that was ever scrapped was F-BVFD in 1994 and the nose assembly was sold in March 1995 to an American. Details are on heritageconcorde.com/scrapping-f-bvfd
