Looks like a two-seater Vampire. Tail fits and here is one (es Swiss Air Force) flying in France

It's a DH-100 Mistral (a french-made version from the Vampire :o)

I thought about Mistral at first but the horizontal tailplane is of a type used only on two-seaters and the French did not built two-seaters.
