This is the location where the British property developer Marcus Cooper plans to create London's largest private residence, costing £100 million. The building will boast 50,000 square feet, 10 bedrooms, a basement leisure complex with a ­cinema, gym and swimming pool, office facilities and a car park and more. The property was purchased in 2007 for £23.7 million.
