2003 was the final year for the Ford ZX2 and was the only model year in which these coupes have the new front fascia. The ZX2 got its name for the fact that it was a 2-door coupe with a 2.0 Zetec I4 engine marketed to Generation X. Poor sales and demand led to the ZX2's demise later that year.
