Judging by the gun camera footage supplied by the Pentagon, particularly the frame when the F-16's camera pulls back to reveal a narly 90 degree bend in the ravine outside the home (http://today.reuters.com/tv/videoChannel.aspx?storyid=f4230bb1f63151a3113673c46e7e6ed4f92b4443

This is my best guess as to the location where Zarqawi lost his life.

The image above is also from Hibhib. The location the Iraqi blogger indicates appears to lack the trees the Pentagon's gun camera footage shows.

I think the new submission today (6/9) is actually the correct location. Towards the end there is a very clear shot of the surrounding roads including the clearing with two trees and large buildings just to the NW at the slight turn in the road.

The New York Times also shows that map (6/9) as being the correct location. I take solace in the fact my "best guess" was just a few hundred yards down the same road as actual Zarqawi house. Fortunately, I wasn't the pilot of the F-16s who dropped the bombs.

Here is a good overhead shot of the canal and surroundings near Zarqawi's last stand:
