Controversial Tree House

When the owners of this property asked the city if they needed a permit to build a tree house they were told they did not need one. After they built it the city changed their tune and told them the did in fact need a permit and must remove the tree house. The owners sued the city, and now they have made it all the U.S. Supreme Court.
