The image is no longer censored. The item in the image appears to be an "elephant cage", which is a nick-name for the AN/FLR-9 Antenna used by the US Air Intelligence Agency to listen to (spy) High Frequency communications.

Who are they trying to hide it from? The Russians doubtless know it's there, and even if they didn't you can't really hide HF transmissions. Seems like an exercise in paranoia.

There is a Wullenweber antenna at that site, but it is NOT an AN/FLR-9.
