By the jumble pf cars, trucks and busses in the corner and these two out-of-place planes, this has the feel of an impound lot. There is no easy access to the airport next door.
But, there is still no direct access to the aircraft area of the airport.

So they are just a couple of old junk airplanes in the junkyard area it appears.

If memory serves, I believe that the Teterboro School of Aeronautics is in this building; I had a friend that went to the aircraft mechanic school there.
Thanks for the insight. There's always that one person in the VGT community who's able to add a personal revelation that solves the mystery to even the most perplexing maps.
