Originally constructed as offices for the BC Workers Compensation Board, this building was given over to the RCMP during the 1970s. The building became vacant after the RCMP moved to their new headquarters in Surrey in 2012. In 2014, the building transferred to the Public Health Services Authority, which has rented it out to film productions.
