Tonio Arcaini is President of TA-XAN AG. He is responsible for
the company's strategic orientation, provides the pioneering
ideas for product development and is in charge of marketing. In
2005, Arcaini founded TA-XAN AG, the company with which he
promotes the development and marketing of foodstuffs with
special ingredients for a broad target group.

Arcaini is selling his home for $12.75m.
