The entrepreneur who is also the oldest son of billionaire John Pritzker lives here. He paid $12.1M for the architectural property known as the "Chimorro House" in December 2014.

According to the link below, the Spanish/Moorish home was built in 1926 by architect Roy Seldon Price for a mysterious single woman known only as "Mrs. Chimorro", who apparently used the home as a speakeasy during Prohibition.

In the 1990s, the property was acquired by legendary music producer Glen Ballard, who wrote and/or produced some of Michael Jackson and Alanis Morisette's biggest hits. He and his jewelry designer wife Liv eventually divorced, after which she took ownership of the property and renovated it before eventually selling to Pritzker.
