How can Adam Schif represent the people of Burbank California and vote there, if he says in loan papers on this house in Maryland that it is his "main residence". Your main residence is the one you live in. So don't you have to live in California, specifically Burbank, if you vote there or represent the people there as a representative? What kind of scam is Schiff pulling?
