Adrian Beltre's House

Adrian Beltre's House

Bradbury, California (CA), US
After a two-year absence, pro baseball star Adrian Beltre has made his quiet return to the exclusive Bradbury Estates gated community. He used to own a mansion just a few doors down this very same lane. After completing construction on that house in 2010, he sold the massive estate for over $17.4 million in Aug 2012 to In-N-Out heiress Lynsi Snyder (Lynsi Torres).

Beltre purchased this estate in an off-market deal for $5.75M in May 2014. The property is more than 5 acres, affording him ample space to custom-build another large compound. The house was sold by longtime horse trainer Hector Palma.

Beltre also owns homes in Dallas (TX), where he lives during baseball season, and in Arcadia (CA), where he lives during the off-season.
