Agalarov Golf & Country Club

Agalarov Golf & Country Club is a ultra luxurious community built by Russian billionaire Aras Agalarov, nicknamed 'The Donald Trump of Russia'.

Community is home to 250 estates ranging from 10,000 to 35,000 sqft in the Scottish baronial, Mediterranean, and neo-Gothic castle style priced from $10m to $25m. In addition to a full golf club, the community also includes a hotel, a beach club, gun range, sports club, equestrian facilities, a helipad, restaurant, and housing for personal security.

Three bylaws of the community include the prohibition of line-drying laundry, fireworks, and dogs.
