Air France Flight 007 crashed on 6/3/62 while on takeoff from Orly Airport. The only survivors of the disaster were 2 flight attendants; the other 8 crew members and all 122 passengers on the Boeing 707 were killed. The crash was at the time the worst single-aircraft disaster and the 1st single civilian jet airliner disaster with over 100 deaths.
