It's a motion blur the satellite picks up with
virtually every fast moving object. Sometimes it's
easier to spot aircraft by the smudge than the plane
itself, especially when it's got a paint scheme like
this one.

ummm... outward angled vertical stabilizers, triangular main wing silhouette. that would be an F-22.

actually, if you look, the jet intakes are a bit more squareish. and the nose is too skinny to be an f-22. f22s are really fat all around.

oh yeah. and its in japan. why the hell would an f-22 be flying in japan, when its not even in our service officially yet on a widespread scale.
After getting to see an F-15 and F-22 flying side-by-side, I think Anonymous may have gotten it right, I think this is an F-22 in flight. I've attached a few photos so you can judge for yourself.
