The co-owner of both the Boston Celtics and New Jersey Nets lived here until his death on August 10, 2004. He was also the Chairman and CEO of the Madison Square Garden Corporation, which owns the New York Knicks and New York Rangers. He purchased the 13,100 sq/ft home in the exclusive St. Andrews Country Club in December 2000 for $3.8M. Following his death, his widow sold the home in March 2007 to Jared Perlin, CEO of Ocean Harbour Casualty Insurance, for $6.25M.
