Alan Smolinisky's House

Alan Smolinisky is co-owner of Conquest Housing, a developer of off-campus USC student housing. After years of employing monopolistic practices and attempting to stifle competition via intimidation, extortion, and fraud, Conquest was finally sued by USC, who obtained a permanent injunction against Conquest.

Smolinisky is building this new Pacific Palisades mega-mansion. In 2012, he also purchased the Palisadian-Post, a weekly subscription newspaper serving the Palisades neighborhood.
