This triangular lot in Brooklyn was the primary filming location for the 2013 drama-comedy "All Is Bright", starring Paul Giamatti and Paul Rudd. The two main characters sold Christmas trees on this lot.
It appears that the Bing birds eye photo was taken during the filming of the movie. There's a cherry-picker in the street, which was used for filming. (See nychristmaslights.com link below).
The structures seen in the bing view resemble how it looked in the movie, and the bing photo copyright date (2012) matches when it was filmed. Google (aerial and street view) shows the lot fenced off with a different camper in place.
