A Russian-Chinese chemical industry megaproject that was supposed to start operations in 2024, but after sanctions on technology equipment they had to revise the project and postponed the launch to 2027.

The semi-finished plant caught fire on August 25, 2026 for unknown reasons according to the breaking news.
