Andreas Günter Lubitz was the co-pilot of Germanwings Flight 9525, which he deliberately crashed into the French Alps, approximately 100km northwest of Nice on 24 MAR 2015, instantly killing all 150 aboard the aircraft.

This is the last known residence of Lubitz.
