Andrew Holeshowski is a Polish born builder. He purchased ths property in 1993 for under £500,000. As of 2011, he was trying to sell the fully renovated property for over £20,000,000.

The home was originally built in 1880. Holeshowski added more than 3 acres by buying up neighboring properties and increased the house to 32,000 sqft. The house includes a 6,000 sqft 20 car garage, an indoor pool complex and an Art Deco cinema plus a helipad on the lawn.
