In December 2008, Lance Inc. successfully won the bankruptcy auction for Archway Cookies. They reopened the plant in Ashland, Ohio, and Archway is once again producing cookies.
Since the acquisition of Archway, Lance has cut down Archway's products from nearly 100 to 21. They still manufacture their very popular varieties of oatmeal cookies.
