Pilot error on the part of the gun instructor. My prayers are with instructors relatives and the young 9 year old girl and her parents, it was not their fault.

Not their fault? The moment you hand an Uzi machine gun to your 9-year old daughter - you ARE at fault. This entire mentality is irresponsible, dangerous and disgusting.
