On Sunday 26th June 2022 Rene HB9NBG/P a Swiss radio amateur, reached the summit of Aroser Weisshorn and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
Rene made 10 contacts in total working on the 20 metre amateur radio band.
The summit of Aroser Weisshorn is 2653 metres (8704 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA groups data base.
