Artyom (also known as Artem) Khachatryan is a Russian serial entrepreneur. He co-founded Kopeika, a Russian retail chain which was later sold for $650MM in 2007. He now heavily invests in the Russian retail sector.

Khachatryan paid $11MM for this Holmby Hills estate in 2010. The following year, he spent an additional $14.4MM to acquire another house just down the street from Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer.

In April 2017 the house sold to Karen Lo, a wealthy Hong Kong-based businesswoman.

Sold again in 2017. It was featured on Bravo TV's Million Dollar Listing season 11 episode 8 "Brother Dearest" which first aired February 21, 2019. GM satellite imagery shows an empty lot where the house once stood.
