The tail and front look like an F/A-18 but the ing tips don't. Maybe the wingtips are folded up like they would be on an aircraft carrier.

I thought the same thing. However, check out the North and South views, the wings seem much more like an F-16s or even an F-5. And the paint scheme is definitely not Navy. I think this is something different.

T-38 Talon / F-5 is my bet. See the small intakes on the sides (F-16 has a single large intake under the belly)? Looks a lot like a 2 seat T-38 Air Force trainer.

On second thought, there are actually a number of small jet trainers that look a lot like the T-38...

Found it. It is an ATG Javelin. Correct length and color scheme too.

ATG is based at this airport so this may be the prototype.
