Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, eh? Yes, 2028 is wishful thinking, my (adopted) Ethiopian brother says. But it is possible.

2027, actually, just realized. Won't even be the nation's tallest at that point. Addis Ababa is on its way to getting its first supertall that year as well, which I'll post once Google finally updates its aerial imagery of the city.
