In the 1980's, In an exclusive village called Razdory, a new residence only for the president of the USSR, Mikhail Gorbachev, was built in record time. It sits on the bank of the Moskva River.

The first president of Russia, Boris Yeltsin, scolded the mansion and Gorbachev for "excess luxury". But in the end, he ended up living in it with his family.
