At 57 feet high, this hydroelectric dam spans the Connecticut River between Bellows Falls, Vermont, and North Walpole, New Hampshire. This is one of 16 hydro facilities on the river and is presently owned by TransCanada. A fish ladder permits the passage of migratory fish.
