The Airbus A300-600ST (Super Transporter) or Beluga is a version of the standard A300-600 wide-body airliner modified to carry aircraft parts and over-sized or awkward cargo. It was officially called the Super Transporter at first, but the name Beluga became popular and has now been officially adopted.

Cool find. Unusual location too. I wonder what it was doing there. I've googled around and can't seem to find any reference to why it would be there. There isn't anything on the tarmac that would have obviously been delivered. It may have been there to pick something up or just refueling.

Maybe it's on route to French Guinea or comes from there to bring parts of the Ariane rockets or something else.
