Ben Mulroney's House in Moore Park

Ben Mulroney is a Canadian TV personality and son of former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney. His wife Jessica Mulroney (Brownstein) is a fashion stylist whose clients include Justin Trudeau's wife, Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau. The Mulroney's moved to their spacious home in the exclusive Toronto neighborhood of Moore Park in the summer of 2016. With a sale price of almost $4 million the home underwent a comprehensive renovation/rebuild with design by Connie Braemar and features exceptional kitchen and family room and walkout to a south-facing garden including pool. The Master suite features his and her walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom. There is a spectacular second floor laundry room and a main floor mudroom with access from the mutual driveway. At 4395 square feet the home features 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. A curious aspect is that a house of this magnitude does not have a private drive but a mutual drive that it shares with the neighbor. See pictures in the links below as well as on Ben's instagram account. Of note the street that the house is located on his famous throughout Canada for it's unique Christmas decorations featuring almost100 giant inflatable Santas, locals rename the street to "Kringlewood" during the festive season. Ben Mulroney's former house was located just a mile away in Deer Park and sold for $2.6 million in the summer of 2016. It can be found at the virtualglobetrotting link at the bottom of the list below.
