'Benedict Canyon Estate' by Clint Nicholas Design

'Benedict Canyon Estate' by Clint Nicholas Design
Beverly Hills, California (CA), US
Glamour and comfort are the touchstones of this expansive remodel of an Old Hollywood home. Clint Nicholas Design added soul and sophistication with numerous subtle moves: an extra swoosh in the staircase, an edit of outmoded ornamentation, a buttery coating of lime plaster, translucent new skylights to let in diffused LA sunlight, glistening granite and marble surfaces. This house in a Beverly Hills canyon is opulent yet welcoming, cozy yet airy as it opens into the garden and pool area, melding architecture with nature. This place is so calming you simply have to surrender and go with the flow.
