The Biggs Cigar Mansion claims to be Chicago's finest cigar shop, cigar lounge and outdoor patio. Originally the mansion belonged to banker and Northern Trust company co-founder John DeKoven. He commissioned architect Edward Burling to design the house. It was finished in 1874 and refurbished in 2014
