Retired NHL player Bill Guerin and his family lives in this home in the Pittsburgh suburbs. He currently works as a player development coach for the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins.
Guerin played in 1,263 games over 18 seasons, scoring 429 goals and 427 assists. He was on two Stanley Cup winning teams - in 1995 with New Jersey Devils and 2009 with Pittsburgh. He was the first player of Hispanic descent to play in the NHL.
He was drafted fifth overall in the 1989 entry draft by New Jersey. He played in six seasons with the Devils until being traded to the Edmonton Oilers. Over the rest of his career, Guerin also played on the Boston Bruins, Dallas Stars, St. Louis Blues, San Jose Sharks, New York Islanders, and the Pittsburgh Penguins. He was on three US Olympic teams (1998, 2002, 2006).
In 2014, he built a $500,000 ice rink in his yard, which is visible in Google's aerial photo.
