Some accounts suggest he worked with his father on the design prior to Wright, Sr.'s death in 1959. Kaultiz purchased the home in 2019 after previously renting it. He has since worked with architects and specialists to update the home to include a pool/spa, and a music studio. He has also purchased the home next door, which is in disrepair and requires major renovations.
