It's not uncommon to see people stopping to get a photo of this sign along I-94 in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. I recently witnessed a happy couple hoisting two large bongs in the air for their photo.

The sign refers to the Richard Bong State Recreation Area, a state park on an unfinished Air Force base which began construction in the 1950's.
