Bradley H. Jack served as the Chief Operating Officer of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., a holding of Lehman Brothers Inc. from May 2002 to May 2004. Mr. Jack has been Chairman of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. since May 2004 and serves as a Member of its Executive Committee. Mr. Jack joined Lehman Brothers in 1984 as an associate in the Fixed Income Division. From 1996 to May 2002, Mr. Jack was Head of the Firm's Investment Banking Division, and from 1993 to 1996 he was a Sector Head in Investment Banking, responsible for the Firm's businesses involving Debt Capital Markets, Financial Services, Leveraged Finance and Real Estate. Mr. Jack is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dorothy Rodbell Cohen Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Juilliard School. Prior to that he was head of the Firm's Fixed-Income Global Syndicate activities. Mr. Jack received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.

"Bradley Jack, 52, the owner of the most expensive residential property in Fairfield, has been charged with second-degree forgery and forgery of prescription after police said he tried to illegally obtain Oxycontin and Ritalin pills at the CVS Pharmacy, 961 Black Rock Turnpike. Jack, whose waterfront Sasco Hill Road property is appraised at $34.6 million, allegedly handed the CVS pharmacist a photocopy of a prescription on Friday, June 24, 2011 . The pharmacist, who said it would take an hour to fill, brought up Jack's prescription history on a computer and found the prescription had been filled at a Westport CVS nearly a week earlier. A call to the doctor's office confirmed the prescription was fraudulent, police said. The doctor's assistant also told the pharmacist the doctor's signature was not legitimate, according to police. When Jack returned to CVS, he was told to wait, but he decided to leave. However, a store employee followed him outside and recorded the license plate number of Jack's black Range Rover. The plate corresponded to an address in Westport on North Avenue where Jack now apparently lives, but a further check by Fairfield police showed the plate was once registered to the Sasco Hill address, where his ex-wife now lives, according to police. Police contacted Jack on his cell phone, prompting him to apologize, police said, and request a meeting at police headquarters. Jack allegedly told police he knew what he did was wrong and, according to police Lt. Jim Perez, he was then brought to the detention area of police headquarters."

"Bradley H. Jack, a former investment banking chief at Lehman Brothers, received court approval in August to enter a program that could allow him to avoid prosecution on charges that he forged a prescription for Oxycontin and Ritalin. The program, known as accelerated rehabilitation, is offered to people accused of less-serious crimes. A court official said Mr. Jack was scheduled to appear in court in Bridgeport, Conn., on Aug. 17, 2012. If Mr. Jack doesn't have another brush with the law, the charges against him are likely to be set aside."

"Connecticut state court records show that a Karin Jack, who had an address on Sasco Hill Road, divorced Bradley H. Jack, who had a different street address listed in the court papers. A Vanity Fair article published in March 2010 identified Karin Jack as the ex-wife of the former Lehman executive."
