It is being reported that, after being listed for sale in the Summer of 2018 for $1.87M, NSYNC star, Lance Bass and his husband, artist Michael Turchin, put in an offer to purchase the home. Bass Tweeted on 3 AUG 2018 that his offer was accepted and that he plans on a major renovation of the home.
