This house used to be part of a four acre estate that once belonged to Bing Crosby.
The famed crooner and actor lived with his family on the property from 1936, when it was built, until January 1943, when the 20-room house was severely damaged by a Christmas-tree fire. Subsequent owners divided and sold the estate.
This particular house was the estate's carriage house which served as a residence for the maid and the chauffeur.
Actors Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green bought this house in 2014 for $3.4 Million and sold it in 2015 at a loss for $2.6 Million to developers who renovated the estate. It was then bought by singer Meghan Trainor for $4.5 Million in 2016. Trainor sold the house in 2021 for $6 Million to Modern Family star Julie Bowen.
