The co-founding member, guitarist and multi-instrumentalist in the rock group The Rolling Stones, lived and died here at ‘Cotchford Farm’. He bought the home in 1968 and tragically was found dead in the swimming pool in 1969.
The home was also formerly owned by AA Milne author of the “Winnie-the-Pooh” story
