I hate when ppl buy beach houses and then think they own the whole beach.. Your property line has end at the water. Beaches, most of them anyway, are public and paid for by taxpayers. I get not wanting your property damaged that’s understandable, but just because people are sunbathing in front of your property down by the water is none of your concern.

Privacy concerns Stay off that property. Stop causing problems for a private citizen. Hopefully the Judge will make the woman pay all fees

This couple needs to pack up and leave - they buy a house next to a public access and don't want anyone walking to the sand or sitting on it.......they don't own the beach, they own up to the high tide water line and anything beyond that is public domain............please move..........I know for a fact the locals will help them

I wonder if they pay someone to clean the sand or if the city is doing it like most beaches and the peoples tax money pays for the sand to be raked or cleaned

For those of you confused about this issue, it is not a private beach. It has never been a private beach. We have celebrities who live here and never cause a problem. Look into this man’s background because he causes a problem everywhere he goes. He is the one using taxpayers resources by calling the police every five minutes and policing his sand as if he counts it. Before you think this poor man is beset upon make sure you know what you’re talking about. When you move in next to a beach access in an area that has been used by locals forever and then try to claim it’s your own private property that is on you. When an entire community wants you gone that says a lot about you as a person. Each of us should bring good things to our communities.
