Brian Vickers' Red Bull stock car

Brian Vickers' Red Bull stock car

Santa Clara, California (CA), US
NASCAR driver Brian Vickers (born October 24, 1983) was the NASCAR Busch Series champion in 2003. That same year, he made his NASCAR Cup Series debut. He has since won two Cup races - 2006 at Talladega and 2009 at Michigan.

After four rocky seasons at Hendrick Motorsports, Vickers joined the new Red Bull Toyota team in 2007. His career was placed on hold after suffering from blood clots in his legs and around his lungs in 2010. Vickers returned in 2011, but the unsuccessful season led to the Red Bull team selling their operation at the end of the year.

The car seen in this photo does not appear to be authentic. I have found no proof that the Red Bull NASCAR team ever raced a Ford. It is also missing the associate sponsor decals on the front fender.
