Dave Broome, the producer and creator of "The Biggest Loser", purchased this house for $5.4 Million in 2012. Broome listed the house in 2017 for $9.5 Million and sold it for $8.1 Million.
House of Dreams ("Château Sueños") was a leased estate of the pop star for a few of years, while she was building her new home nearby. She was trying to sell her residence in "The Summit" area of Beverly Hills and was looking to move to be a closer to her kids and baby daddy K-Fed. Some photos and listings are linked below.
